Who is Eligible to Participate?  

Any employee on Olive Technology payroll can participate with the exception of Olive Technology executive staff, employees in the Human Resources Department, and direct or indirect supervisors of the designated job opening or any employee involved in the hiring process.

What position is bonus eligible?  

Any  position that has been posted on the Olive Technology website is bonus eligible. For US positions the bonus amount is $500 to $1,000 and for India positions the  bonus is 4% of the resource annual salary. Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the bonus. Anyone who has worked for Olive Technology within the last twelve months does not qualify as bonus eligible candidates. This includes regular, intern, as well as employees working at Olive Technology through a temporary agency or as an independent consultant.

When do I receive the bonus?  

You will receive your bonus after the new employee has worked 4 months. Both you and the new employee must be employed by Olive Technology at the time of the bonus payment.
