Institution. It is a public limited company. The
prime objective of SML is to provide Financial
and support services to the poor women living
below the poverty line enabling them to use their
skills by undertaking income generating activities.
Client Requirements:
The client desired a cost effective and robust
system to facilitate their HRD & Payroll operations
and to enable the integration of data between
the Head Office and other branches.
The client's main objective was to automate the
HRD & Payroll system and to monitor and regulate
the activities carried out at various branch offices
Solution:
Provide a functionally and technically sound and
scalable system design
Designed a practical, concise interface design
to minimize user interaction
Automated transfer of data from Head Office to
Branch Offices and vice versa
Automation of payroll system, i.e., from attendance
to pay slip generation
Provided various MIS reports
