OliveTrackerTM
is a Web-based system designed specifically for
enabling communication between Olive and its customers.
A customer can, at anytime, track the progress
of their project using OliveTrackerTM.
This Web-based proprietary system allows customers,
project managers and testers to “work on
the same page” in the process of reporting,
tracking and managing of problems, changes and
issues, no matter where they are located around
the world, from the beginning of the project until
the final product is delivered and approved by
the customer.
OliveTrackerTM
is a “smart system” which can send
email reminders to the people involved in order
to make sure that the project moves forward at
a timely pace and to ensure quick resolution to
the issues. It makes the development process seamless
and efficient. It is available from anywhere at
anytime via the Internet. 
The purpose of OliveTrackerTM
is to allow a high level of transparency between
Olive and the customer, which will increase the
customer’s understanding of the internal
processes of our company and will also raise their
confidence in our ability to manage the project
effectively. This is the most thorough approach
