OrgChart is a network management database system.

Features:
• Provides a hierarchy database of members, members’ personal profile, responsibilities, locations, etc.
• Creates a geographical database to track church locations (by province, city, country, village, etc.), maps, testimonies/reports from different churches, and characteristics of churches.
• Contains a training resources database to track curriculum, video courses, books available in different locations, and training schedules.
• Other features include a meeting place module, multiple attachments of files to personnel records, tracking children information along with sponsorship status, training history for personnel
• Superior sorting capabilities by location, of training courses, etc.
• Generates relational reports such as persons in-charge of different locations, list of locations in training network, etc.

Environment:
• Developed on the Windows platform with Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access
