Meet
Vasantha – A Project Leader
Vasantha has been working with Olive for the last
six years. She started her career as a programmer.
Now she works as a Project Leader in Olive’s
Web Technology center. She is happy to say that
Olive gave her opportunities to work on various
platforms and technologies. All of the staff are
encouraged toward the process of developing leadership
qualities through Vasantha’s example. She
places a high premium on integrity and teamwork.
Vasantha is an example of the importance we place
on developing high caliber Olivians – who
can then empower others.
